In force from 16 October 2026
§1. Who sells
- The online shop shirtscorner.com (the Shop) is run by Jakub Stankiewicz, an entrepreneur trading as Firma Usługowa Jakub Stankiewicz, ul. Mikołaja Reja 31, 95-100 Zgierz, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7322170154, REGON 101432164 (the Seller or I).
- Contact: e-mail [email protected], phone +48 571 565 515, Messenger: facebook.com/shirtscornershop, postal address as above.
- These Terms set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints. They are available free of charge on the Shop's website, in a form you can download, save and print.
§2. Definitions
- Customer: a person who buys in the Shop or uses its services.
- Consumer: a natural person who buys for a purpose not directly related to their business or profession.
- Sole trader with consumer rights: a natural person running a business who buys for a purpose directly related to that business, but not of a professional nature arising from the business activity entered in CEIDG (the Polish business register). They have the rights described in §8 and the protection the law gives to such persons.
- Goods: a football shirt or another item listed in the Shop. Goods in the Shop are used unless the description says otherwise (e.g. new with tags).
- Contract: a contract for the sale of Goods concluded at a distance through the Shop.
§3. Services in the Shop and technical requirements
- Free of charge I provide: browsing Goods and content, the order form, signing up to the mailing list with news about new shirts, and contact by e-mail and Messenger.
- To use the Shop you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled, and an e-mail address.
- You must not submit unlawful content to the Shop.
- The agreement for browsing the Shop ends when you leave the website. The agreement for using the order form ends when you place the order or stop filling it in. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, via the link in the e-mail or by writing to [email protected].
- Send complaints about how the Shop works to [email protected]. I will reply within 14 days.
§4. Goods and prices
- Every shirt in the Shop is a single, specific piece. The photos show the exact piece you will receive.
- For each shirt I state the size on the tag, the measurements (pit to pit and length), the condition and any flaws. Measurements are taken flat and may differ by about 1 cm.
- I sell only original shirts. I do not sell replicas or counterfeits (see also §10).
- Prices are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and include taxes. You see the delivery cost in the cart before you place the order. If you buy from abroad, you can choose euro: I convert prices and delivery costs at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) average rate from the previous business day, add 2% and round up to the full euro; in euro you pay only by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and I issue the receipt or invoice in Polish zloty (PLN).
- If a shirt sells elsewhere before your order reaches me, I will let you know straight away and refund the full payment.
§5. Order and conclusion of the contract
- You place an order through the form: cart, your details and address, delivery method (for a parcel locker, the locker code), payment method, acceptance of the Terms, and the "Order and pay" button.
- Clicking "Order and pay" means placing an order with an obligation to pay.
- After placing the order you receive a confirmation e-mail. The contract is concluded when you receive that e-mail. I attach the Terms and the model withdrawal form to the confirmation.
- I accept orders around the clock and process them on business days.
§6. Payments
- You see the available payment methods at checkout before placing the order. They may include: a standard bank transfer to the Seller's account, BLIK to the Seller's phone number, and online payments.
- Online payments (BLIK, payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link) are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, registered office in Dublin (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin D02 H210, Ireland).
- For a standard transfer and BLIK to phone, you have 3 business days from placing the order to pay. Until then the shirt is reserved for you. After that I may cancel the order and the shirt goes back on sale.
- I issue a receipt for every order. I send it by e-mail as an e-receipt or put it in the parcel. By placing an order you agree to receive the receipt in electronic form. Prefer paper? Say so in the order notes.
- Buying for a company? Enter your tax ID (NIP) in the order notes and you will receive an invoice. The tax ID must be given when ordering, because the law does not allow a company invoice to be issued for a receipt without a tax ID.
§7. Delivery
- I ship to Poland, to European Union countries, to Europe outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey) and outside Europe (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan). For now I do not ship to the USA.
- Poland, InPost parcel locker: 15 zł for 1 or 2 shirts, free from 3 shirts.
- European Union and Europe outside the EU, Poczta Polska Global Expres (tracked): 46 zł for 1 shirt, 65 zł for 2 shirts (one parcel holds 2 shirts, more shirts go in further parcels, e.g. 3 shirts 111 zł).
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Poczta Polska Global Expres (tracked): 59 zł for 1 shirt, 89 zł for 2 shirts (one parcel holds 2 shirts, more shirts go in further parcels, e.g. 3 shirts 148 zł).
- Outside the European Union the parcel clears customs in the recipient's country (I attach a CN22 customs declaration). Import duty, import VAT and any postal clearance fee are paid by the recipient under the rules of their country.
- I ship within 2 business days of the payment being credited or, for online payments, of its positive authorisation. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days in Poland and 3-10 business days in the EU, depending on the carrier. Outside the EU delivery time depends on the destination country's post and customs clearance.
- You receive the tracking number by e-mail.
§8. 14-day right of withdrawal
- A Consumer and a sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which they, or a person indicated by them other than the carrier, took possession of the Goods.
- It is enough to send your statement before the deadline by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address in §1. You may use the model withdrawal form (the "Withdrawal form" page), but you do not have to. I will confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail.
- Send the Goods back no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal to: Firma Usługowa Jakub Stankiewicz, ul. Mikołaja Reja 31, 95-100 Zgierz, Poland. It is enough to send them before the deadline. You bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.
- I will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the Shop), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. I will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree to another one, at no extra cost to you. I may withhold the refund until I receive the Goods back or you provide proof of having sent them, whichever happens first.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You can try the shirt on. Wearing it, washing it or cutting off the tags may reduce its value.
§9. Lack of conformity with the contract (complaints)
- I am liable for the conformity of the Goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery, including when the Goods are used.
- The size, measurements, condition and photos given for the shirt form part of the contract.
- If a shirt has a flaw, I describe it in the listing and show it in the photos, and at checkout I ask you to confirm separately that you know about the flaw and accept it. I am not liable for a flaw accepted in this way (Article 43b(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). For any other lack of conformity I am liable under the rules in this section.
- Send complaints by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address in §1. Describe what is wrong and what you expect. Photos help a lot.
- I will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
- You may demand repair or replacement of the Goods. Every shirt in the Shop is one specific piece, so replacement with an identical piece is usually impossible. In that case you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, unless the lack of conformity is minor. After withdrawal I refund the price without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the Goods or proof of their dispatch.
- I bear the cost of returning the Goods as part of a complaint.
- For Customers who are neither consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights, liability under the statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded.
§10. Originality guarantee
- The guarantor is the Seller (details in §1). I guarantee that a shirt bought in the Shop is original, that is made by or on behalf of the manufacturer named in the description, and is not a replica or a counterfeit.
- If a shirt turns out not to be original, I will refund the full price paid and the shipping costs both ways.
- The guarantee is valid with no time limit from delivery of the shirt, in the territory I ship to (the countries listed in §7).
- To use the guarantee, write to [email protected] explaining what your claim is based on (e.g. the opinion of another person who checks shirts, a comparison with an original) and send back the same shirt. I identify it by the photos and tags from the listing. I will reply within 14 days.
- The guarantee does not limit your rights under §8 and §9.
§11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and consumer organisations (e.g. Federacja Konsumentów), mediation, or a consumer arbitration court at the provincial Trade Inspection (for the Seller, the competent office is the Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej in Łódź).
- Information on these procedures is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
§12. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop's website.
§13. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
- I may amend the Terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law, in payment or in delivery methods. Orders placed before an amendment are fulfilled under the previous rules.
