Yellow shirt with black diagonal bands across the front and sleeve, a round collar and black cuffs. On the chest: the black Puma cat, the BVB 09 crest with two stars and the Evonik sponsor in purple. "Echte Liebe." is printed inside the collar; on the back, BVB below the neck and DORTMUND across the lower back.

2014/15 was Jürgen Klopp's last season in Dortmund. In winter Borussia sat at the bottom of the Bundesliga, in spring they climbed back to seventh place and reached the DFB-Pokal final. Łukasz Piszczek and Jakub Błaszczykowski were in the squad, while Robert Lewandowski had already moved to Bayern.
