The story

Uhlsport is a rare sight in English football, and here it puts its name to a pure classic: Blackburn Rovers' blue and white halves. A polo collar in blue and white stripes, a tonal pattern woven into the fabric, the CIS Co-operative Insurance sponsor in a frame in the middle of the chest and the rose crest just below the maker's logo.

For Rovers, halves are not a fashion but an identity: one of the founder members of the Football League and Premier League champions in 1995. This shirt comes from the seasons just after that peak, as Blackburn were relegated from the Premier League in 1999.
