A white flocked one2one panel with the 2 in a blue square on the chest, the Umbro logo and the crest with the tower, the laurel wreaths and the Nil Satis Nisi Optimum scroll. Umbro label.<\/p>\n<p>Nil Satis Nisi Optimum is Latin for \u201cnothing but the best is good enough\u201d, and the tower on the crest is the old lock-up in the Everton district, known as Prince Rupert's Tower. 1999\/2000 was Umbro's last season before Everton moved to Puma.
